When you request a case evaluation, we collect the information needed to locate and address your booking photo, including your name, phone number, email address, the URL of the mugshot listing, the search engine result URL, the name appearing on the listing, and your jurisdiction. This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of your browsing.

How we use this information

We use this information to conduct the free audit, prepare and send statutory takedown demands under Florida Statute 901.43, track compliance, pursue Google de-indexing, and provide the monitoring included with your case. We also use contact information to communicate with you about your case and, where you have not opted out, to follow up about our services.

How we share this information

To do this work, we necessarily disclose the URL and case details to the hosting site as part of the statutory takedown demand, and to Google as part of the de-indexing request. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processing or case management tools) under confidentiality obligations, and we may disclose information if required by law or legal process.

Data retention

We retain case information for as long as needed to provide the service, including the lifetime monitoring coverage described in our service terms, and as needed to comply with legal obligations.
