The honest guarantee

We price per covered site: if a covered site doesn't take your photo down, you don't pay for that site. We won't promise the impossible — news articles and government records are outside any removal service's reach, and anyone who guarantees those is lying to you.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this a scam? Some removal sites are run by the mugshot sites themselves.

That scheme is real — some networks published photos and then sold "removal," which is exactly why Florida banned charging removal fees. We are the opposite: a Miami service business that enforces that law against them. We never publish photos, we work for you, and you can verify every removal yourself by searching your name.

Could I do this myself?

Yes — the statute gives the right to you, and there's no fee to exercise it. What we sell is execution: finding every copy, sending demands that hold up, tracking each deadline, chasing the sites that ignore the first letter, and cleaning up Google afterward. One site and a free afternoon? Do it yourself. Twenty sites? That's what we're for.

My case was dismissed. Does that matter?

You're covered either way. Florida's law applies regardless of the outcome of your case — dropped, dismissed, pending, or convicted, the photo has to come down on request.

How long does it take?

The law gives each site 10 calendar days from receiving the written demand. Compliant sites act within that window. Stubborn ones take longer — that's the enforcement part of our job. Google's index typically catches up shortly after pages come down.

Can you remove news articles about my arrest?

No — and no honest service can. News organizations aren't covered by mugshot-removal laws. We focus on what the law does cover: commercial mugshot sites, plus search de-indexing where Google's own policies allow it.

Does this erase my record?

No. This removes photos from commercial websites — it does not seal or expunge a court record. If you want that, you need an attorney; sealing your record actually strengthens removal claims, and we're happy to work alongside one.

Is it confidential?

Completely. We contact the sites, not your employer, family, or anyone else. Your information is used only to identify and remove your photos, and we delete case files after the work is done.

What if the photo shows up again later?

Reposts happen — sites re-scrape old records. The Sweep + Watch plan re-checks monthly for a year and handles any new copy at no extra charge. Otherwise you can come back any time and we'll quote just the new sites.
